After 2020’s CMWorld conference went virtual-only in the wake of the pandemic, marketers are anxious to reunite with their peers face to face. The conference will resume its traditional in-person format for 2021—with safety at the forefront, and a variety of compelling digital elements. The 4-day event will take place in Cleveland, Ohio between September 28-October 1, 2021.
